How we report progress
Three rules this website follows
Every project carries a status
Concept, Research, Prototype, Development, Beta, Production, Maintained or Archived. Nothing is shown without one.
Working means checked in the code
A capability is listed as working only after it has been confirmed in the implementation, not in a plan or a mock-up.
Plans are labelled as plans
Intended features are shown separately and marked as not available today. No invented customers, numbers or awards.
What FortiFind does
FortiFind brings several kinds of engineering under one company: cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, software, networking, operating systems and research. Cybersecurity is one of its strengths, but FortiFind is not only a security company. The security principles it develops are applied across everything it builds.
How it is organized
FortiFind Company is the parent organization. Its work is organized into divisions, including Henix Cybersecurity, FortiFind AI, Network Engineering and Systems & Operating Systems. Some divisions have active engineering work; others are planned. The divisions page shows which is which.
Where FortiFind is today
FortiFind is at an early stage. Several projects have working code in development or prototype form, and none has been released as a finished product yet. This website describes that honestly: every product and project carries a status, and capabilities are only described as working once they have been checked in the code.
The name
The brand is FortiFind, and its official web address is fortifind.org. Its tagline is Building Secure Digital Futures., supported by the statement Secure. Innovate. Empower.
